西门子今天与河钢集团有限公司（河钢集团）签署数字化战略合作协议，进一步深化在数字化研发和实践方面的合作。双方将在西门子基于云的开放式物联网操作系统MindSphere、数字化工厂、智能装备研发和区域级物联网赋能中心等领域深入合作，致力于通过数字化技术驱动钢铁行业的新旧动能转换与转型升级，打造全球最具竞争力的钢铁企业。


“此次协议的签署标志着我们与重要战略伙伴河钢的长期合作又向前迈进了一步。”西门子大中华区总裁兼首席执行官赫尔曼（Lothar Herrmann）表示，“凭借无与伦比的数字化解决方案、行业专业知识以及全球化布局，我们将大力支持中国工业企业的可持续发展并增强全球竞争力。”
河钢集团董事长于勇表示：“西门子一直是工业变革的领先者和创新者，并在诸如数字化解决方案、工业物联网等新兴领域拥有丰富的经验和成果。我们对与西门子在工业数字化、智能制造领域的进一步合作充满信心。双方将携手共进，优势互通互补，共同促进钢铁行业实现转型升级和长远发展的目标。”
根据协议，河钢集团将与西门子共同推进MindSphere在中国制造业领域的应用并成为中国首家接入MindSphere的钢铁企业。同时，双方将以河钢集团新材合肥基地为试点，共同建设数字化工厂样板，形成产业化成果以助推行业数字化转型。此外，西门子将与河钢集团共同建设联合实验室，并推进智能装备技术的研发和产业化，最终推动河钢产线的无人化、智能化升级，并助力河北省和钢铁行业智能装备产业技术的应用和推广。双方将共同建设河钢-西门子物联网赋能中心，在河钢现有的云平台基础上，搭建数据中台、开发面向行业的应用软件，共同打造智能制造和城市基础设施数字化升级改造的创新示范基地。
河钢集团是全球最大的钢铁材料制造及综合服务商之一。2016年，西门子与河钢集团签订战略合作协议，在数字化工厂、智能制造、供应链管理、新兴产业等方面开展深入合作，并积极致力于探索和实践智能制造解决方案。2018年，西门子与河钢集团就河钢乐亭钢铁有限公司先进料场数字化无人控制系统项目签署协议，打造冶金行业首个在大型综合型料场上实现料机无人化、料场控制智能化的综合项目。今年3月，双方就增材制造研发和产业化领域签署战略合作协议，开启了在增材制造领域实质性合作的新里程。
