伴随着社会的飞速发展，未来智能化将是制造自动化的发展方向。伴随着中国制造的深入，工业智能机器人产业市场将呈现爆发式增长，这当中，工业机器人“火眼金睛”角色的机器视觉功不可没。

　　让制造智能化

　　机器视觉是采用机器代替人眼来进行测量与判断，它不仅局限于通过计算机摄取图像，还包括对信息的处理和判断，从而实现人眼视觉的延伸。

　　工业视觉作为机器视觉的分支，更多注重广义图像信号（激光，摄像头）与自动化控制（生产线）方面的应用，具有自动化和非接触性的特点。

　　跟人眼相比，工业视觉在精确程度、客观程度、可重复性、成本以及效率上都有明显优势。

　　在智能制造体系中，机器视觉的应用主要可以归纳为四个方向：

　　一、尺寸测量

　　随着制造工艺的不断提高，工业产品尤其是大型构件的外形设计日趋复杂。同时，由于大型构件的体积和重量限制，不便于经常移动，给传统的测量方式带来了巨大的困扰。

　　机器视觉测量技术是一种基于光学成像、数字图像处理、计算机图形学的无接触的测量方式，拥有严密的理论基础，测量范围更广，而且相对于传统测量方式而言，拥有更高的测量精度和效率。

　　二、物体定位

　　传统制造业中的焊接、搬运、装配等固定流程在工业机器人的操作过程中，零件的初始状态与机器人的相对位置并不是固定的。这导致工件的实际摆放位置和理想加工位置存在差距，机器人难以按照原定的程序进行加工。

　　随着机器视觉技术以及更灵活的机器手臂的出现，这个问题得到了很好的解决，为智能制造的迅速发展提供了动力。

　　三、零件检测

　　零件检测是机器视觉技术在工业生产中最重要的应用之一，在制造生产的过程中，几乎所有的产品都面临着质量检测。

　　传统的手工检测存在着许多不足：首先，人工检测的准确性依赖于工人的状态和熟练程度；其次，人工操作效率相对较低，不能很好的满足大量生产检测的要求；近年来人工成本也在逐步上升。

　　所以，机器视觉技术被广泛用于产品检测中，在制造环节中，某些步骤的缺失或者加工缺陷会导致零部件的丢失，以及孔洞、污渍、划痕等常见的表面缺陷，这些工业生产中遇到的问题，都可以通过视觉检测及算法来解决。

　　四、图像识别

　　在工业领域中的主要应用有条形码读取、二维码扫描识别等，以往多用NFC标签等载体进行信息读取，需要与产品进行近距离接触。

　　随着工业摄像机等硬件设备的更新换代，二维码等标识可以被远距离读取和识别，而且携带的信息更丰富，可以将所有产品信息写入二维码，而无需联网查询信息。

　　变焦相机截取条码影像与其他可视化信息，以控管产品品质。
