1、   SNH三螺杆泵产品概述简介：

SNH三螺杆泵是无脉动轴向输送具有一定润滑性介质的定量容积式低压转子泵，适于输送燃料油、润滑油、液压油、矿物油等油类和具有润滑性的流动性液体。所输送的介质中不得含有任何磨料颗粒和对泵材料有腐蚀的物质。SNH系列三螺杆泵由特殊型线（摆线）构成的螺旋型面，当电机或马达驱动主动螺杆转动时，其不断运动的各个密封腔室逐渐形成真空，液体在大气压的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿轴向连续、无脉动的输送到排出口，无搅拌、乳化现象。形成排出压力的能力取决于系统负载和螺杆密封腔的数量，同时也与输送介质的粘度以及驱动转速也有一定的关系。

SNH三螺杆泵的主动螺杆和从动螺杆采用液压平衡装置，被输送的液体在泵腔内做连续、匀速的轴向直线运动，无脉动，噪音低，运转平稳，流量压力稳定，工作平稳，振动小。

SNH三螺杆泵的零部件通用互换性好，可以任意拆解，更换相应的零部件。泵零件少，结构简单，重量轻，安装、使用、维修方便，效率高，寿命长。

三螺杆泵的从动螺杆的轴向力支撑在后盖或主动螺杆上，并由液压力驱动旋转，从动螺杆由液压力驱动，，主动螺杆和从动螺杆之间没有机械接触，螺杆之间，螺杆和泵套之间皆有油膜保护，因而螺杆型面仅传递液压扭矩，并不受力，也无磨损和机械摩擦，对全部传动零件而言，均由被输送介质形成的油膜保护和润滑。

三螺杆泵的主杆的径向旋转跳动由平衡活塞套也可以叫滑动轴承定位，且借助于平衡活塞和轴套的间隙使高压腔和密封腔分开，在密封腔内装有机械密封，无泄漏，腔内的油液回油孔与泵的吸入腔相通，因而不受排出压力的影响。

具有很强的自吸能力，节能低耗，不需要底阀及每次开机前灌油。

组合系列化有多种结构，可用于卧式（H），法兰式（F）和立式（S）浸油式（J）以及悬挂式(K)安装。

根据所输送介质需要还可提供加热或冷却结构。

对于润滑性相对较差的介质，可以采用轴承外置结构（W1）以及金属波纹管密封。保证三螺杆泵优良的使用寿命。

为了保护泵、电机和管路系统，泵必须带有外置或内置安全阀装置。
