1394b ExpressCard/34 Host interface

The FWB-EC3402-1 ExpressCard adapter
offers users the universal ability to
connect AVT’s high end 1394b cameras as
well as 1394a cameras to their laptop in
an easy way. The FWB-EC3402-1 combines
an OHCI (Open Host Controller Interface)
and a high-performance, standardcompliant
PCI Express 1.1 host systems
interface to provide S800 1394b-2002
compliant throughput.
This ExpressCard provides the option to
use industrial screw locking cables as well
as legacy cables 9-pin to 6-pin converting
connectors to connect 1394a cameras.
The ExpressCard will be delivered with an
ExpressCard Kit that gives the ExpressCard
a lateral stability in 54mm slots.
