我们提供一套螺杆压缩机的维修工具及中文操作手册。所有的设备在运输前已经充分的测试并加满了润滑油。
The
spare part for screw compressor need to change is the Air filter, Oil filter,
Oil and Gas Separation
filter,
Oil of screw compressor. And the pipe filter core. After the machine first run
for 500~1000 hours, need to change 1 Air filter, 2 Oil filter, 1 Oil and Gas
Separation filter, and 140L Oil of screw compressor for screw compressor at the
same time. And then After the machine run for 3000~4000 hours, need to change 1
Air filter, 2 Oil filter, 1 Oil and Gas Separation filter, and 140L Oil of
screw compressor for screw compressor at the same time. for full set, also need
to change pipe filer core each 8000 hours later.
螺杆式压缩机在首次运行500-1000小时后，需要更换1空滤芯、2油滤芯、1油分芯及专用油。220KW空压机需要更换140L专用油。以后运行3000-4000小时需要更换1空滤芯、2油滤芯、1油分芯及专用油。8000
小时后需要更换管路过滤器。
